As a young boy I always had glass marbles in my pocket or school bag and at any moment ready for a challenge. This was just the same as conkers but this was an annul event and usually died out by the Christmas period. Marbles however was something that could be played year round and the thought of being challenged when you didn’t have your marbles was the cause of sleepless nights for me.
All grown up and adult like I was surprised to find the same competitive edge was lurking deep down and during a recent game with the kids I got all upset about them breaking the rules (she is 6 he is 3 now). Unfortunately turning to Emma for some support was earth shattering in two ways. One, she chastised me for being a child and that i shouldn’t be see hard with the kids and rules, as if that will ever happen. Something I have learnt real fast is that kids make up rules if you don’t give them any. When playing within the rules if they can’t win they wil have no problems changing the rules to suit. S We have rules during our games! But more shocking was that wive of 15 years and should mate for more than 20 years didn’t know how to play marbles!
Yes can you believe that someone in this world has never played marbles as they grow up, what a deprived childhood she must have had. Anyway she will get over that quickly with a run through of the rules and how to play. Now the problems really start, have you ever tried to describe how to play a game so simple that it should be easy but with so many different parts to it that you talk so much you forget what you were trying to do.
Anyway no problem i thought there really should be something online about how to play marbles, and if I’m lucky the rules as well. Land of Marbles. com is the place if you ever want to get anything to do with marbles they have the rules as well and to cut a long boring story short I was right and won that game of marbles. What i didn’t expect though was Reefe the little 3 year old took all the marbles and hurled them hard across the room. So although i was happy I had won I wasn’t that happy at having to move all the furniture to recover all the marbles. Well you win some – you lose some!

The photo quality leaves most adults wondering if the images are any good but your kids will just adore them. You will notice however that trying to focus with the traditional viewfinder has some minor glitches and using the LCD, although far more acurate, can eat the batteries up. Talking of batteries, don’t forget to have a supply of AA on hand as this digital camera will need 4.
Who Is The VTech Childrens Digital Camera Aim At
Childrens wil show an interest in photographes from an early age and given the small size of this item I would say children from about 2 years old can use it independantly. Some of the additional features such as adding frames or taking movies may need a bit more explaining. With the camara memory able to hold about 200 images the kids can go off and use this camera without having t run back to you to help clear the rubbish off the memory.

High School Musical clothes for parties are aimed purely at the girl market. Although possible to go to a Halloween party dressed as Troy in his gym kit of vest and shorts or even his white track suit, both finished off with his trademark basketball, for birthday or Christmas parties this outfit just would not really be suitable.
In contrast to this leisure type outfit, girls could choose between the elegant red dress of Gabriella or the glitzy blue dress of Sharpey. Both dresses are glamour’s enough for any type of party but for me and my daughter we think Sharpy’s glitz is best suited to the Christmas parties were the elegance of Gabriella is best suited to birthday parties.
A third type of party outfit in the high school musical clothes range would simply be denim trousers and a t-shirt, both with the High School musical logo on them or the t-shirt with an image of the child favorite character. We usually choose this type of High School Musical party outfit when we are invited to an activity themed party. Recently these play centre type parties have become more popular but they don’t seem to be parties to me more like somewhere to let the kids blow off some steam at the weekends.
For those not familiar with these places they are basically a large soft play area with climbing frames, slides, tunnels, ball pits and other such activity apparatus. The idea is that the children go in here and spend 60mins throwing themselves about with all their friends then having a break for some snacks then going back to the activity. Pretty High School Musical clothes would not really be suitable for this type of party but on a plus side the boys could wear their Troy outfits.
